General Terms
The legal trading name of this business is Riffraff Promotions and is a New Zealand owned company. This will appear on your bank/credit card statement.
All prices stated on the website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
We value your security and privacy. Your order is protected using our secure server and credit card details are never stored after processing your order. If you have reservations about ordering via the internet please email through your orders to ra@riffraff.live
Returns
We offer free returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for another size, store credit or a different product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Shipping
FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150 within New Zealand.
For all orders under $150, a $10 Shipping fee will be charged, for anywhere in New Zealand.
All New Zealand orders are delivered in a signature required courier parcel.
We cannot ship to a PO Box address.
Occasionally we may have to source a garment this can add up to 3 days to our delivery time.
Shipping Overseas
Please allow 10-20 working days for our tracked delivery service. Occasionally we may have to source a garment this can add up to 2 days to our delivery time.
FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $450
All orders under $450 a $30 shipping fee will be applied.
Please note: We do not offer delivery to PO Boxes
